I provide a space for people to pause and reflect. Supporting people to notice information held within their mindbody, to be curious and make meaning of their experiences. Sessions aim to promote self-compassion and a personal narrative which is more helpful.

My approach is influenced by attachment and trauma-informed theories, and therefore relationship is seen as key in the therapeutic process. I provide a non-judgmental environment, where people's stories are treated with care and respect.

Taking a client centred approach, I particularly draw on mindfulness-based psychotherapies, including Hakomi, Internal Family Systems and Sensorimotor Art Therapy. I am interested in the role of art and nature in recovery.

As an AASW Approved Mental Health Social Worker I am eligible for the medicare rebate with a referral from your GP.
